Blake W. Mobley

Biography
Blake Mobley is an associate political scientist at the RAND Corporation. He previously worked in the Intelligence Community as a counterintelligence analyst, serving tours in the Middle East and Washington, DC, and specializing in non-state actor counterintelligence issues. Prior to that he worked with the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University and the Center for Tactical Counter Terrorism on projects for the New York City Police Department. Mobley received his Ph.D. in political science from Georgetown University, M.P.P. from Harvard University, and B.A. in psychology from Stanford University.
