Alexandra Pollitt

Biography
Alex Pollitt is a senior analyst at RAND Europe focusing primarily in the areas of research evaluation, mental health, and strategic planning. Prior to joining RAND she worked in psychiatry research at the University of Cambridge and in impact evaluation for an international NGO, focusing on girls' education and young women's empowerment in sub-Saharan Africa. This work centered around the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for programmes delivered through local and national government in education, microfinance, and child rights. Pollitt also has experience in education assessment in the UK.
