Biography
Lynne Saylor is RAND Europe's associate director of communications and corporate affairs. She came to RAND Europe in 2005 with extensive experience in communicating policy issues, having worked for the U.S. Senate and a large U.S. pharmaceutical company in the corporate affairs area.
