Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQL Measurement Model)

The PedsQL^TM 4.0 Measurement Model is a modular approach to measuring health-related quality of life in both healthy children and adolescents and in those with acute and chronic health conditions. The survey integrates generic core scales and disease-specific modules.

The survey instrument, guidelines for administering it, and scoring instructions are available at http://www.pedsql.org. The survey was not developed at RAND, and the developers charge a fee for use in most applications. RAND Health Care is providing information about the survey as a service to our site's users.
