About Our Surveys

Many of the surveys indexed here were designed and fielded by RAND's Survey Research Group. Please follow each survey’s instructions for use and customization. See below for general information about permissions, citations, and translations. The RAND Permissions page provides more information about reproducing RAND materials.

NOTE: We are unable to respond to individual requests.

Permissions

All of the surveys created by RAND Health are public documents. RAND does not charge or require permission for non-commercial use. The RAND Permissions page provides more information about reproducing RAND materials.

Some of the surveys listed on this website were not created by RAND and are hosted elsewhere. As a courtesy, we provide access to these materials, and instructions for use. Questions about those non-RAND surveys should be directed to their respective owners/developers.

RAND provides a limited number of translated versions of its surveys. All the available translations are shown on the individual survey page. No additional translation information is available.
