Spotlight 2023–2024 shines a light on the activity happening in each of our four research groups, along with the talented people within them, and other current topics of interest. We highlight some of the challenges they are addressing: understanding the interconnections between different emerging technologies; the strategic trends facing defence and security policymakers worldwide; an innovative approach to improve women’s healthcare; and new thinking to tackle illegal drug markets.
