RAND has been conducting research to assess the status of technological advancements of U.S. adversary powers for the U.S. Department of Defense since well before the turn of the century. Many of the recent efforts have focused on the People's Republic of China (China). We highlight some key studies published within the past 5 years and in the public domain.
