Cordaye Ogletree is a policy analyst at RAND Corporation. He works on a range of topics including economic and security policy. Prior to joining RAND in October 2014, Ogletree worked as a research assistant with the White House Council of Economic Advisers. He worked primarily as a analyst researching and analyzing movements in the global energy and agriculture markets. In the summer of 2011, Ogletree lived in Liberia supporting its government with development of its Poverty Reducution Strategy. Cordaye graduated from the University of Michigan in 2010 with a B.A. in anthropology and political science and from Carnegie Mellon University in 2012 with a M.Sc. in public policy and management.
