Robert S. Rudin is a senior information scientist at RAND and a professor of policy analysis at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. He researches digital health innovation with a specific focus on clinically integrated interventions such as between-visit monitoring using patient-reported outcome measures. His work involves design, development, implementation, and evaluation, all with attention to the needs of patients and clinicians.

Prior to joining RAND, Rudin worked as a software engineer. He holds a Ph.D. in technology, management, and policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
