Will Courtney is executive director of Development, strategic initiatives at RAND. He helps manage engagement with the philanthropic community and is the development board manager for the RAND Social and Economic Policy Advisory Board and the RAND Global and Emerging Risks Advisory Board.
Prior to RAND, Courtney held development positions at UCLA's Samueli School of Engineering and the Movember Foundation.
He holds an M.B.A. from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.A. in media studies from UC Berkeley.
