Overview

Sashka Dimova is a senior analyst at RAND Europe, where she conducts research in the fields of education as well as social and health policy. She specialises in impact and process evaluations of programmes by applying a range of research designs — such as experimental design with embedded process evaluation, and mixed methods — and approaches. Currently she is managing several complex educational trials involving over 600 schools, funded by the Education Endowment Foundation.

Dimova holds a Ph.D. in economics from Aarhus University, Denmark.
