Grace Hindmarch is an adjunct associate policy researcher at RAND. She is interested in the implementation and sustainment of evidence-based practices for behavioral health problems. She is also interested in population health and access to care for behavioral health problems. Currently, she is interested in policies and practices to expand the behavioral health workforce. For example, she is working on a study about the feasibility and acceptability of training community health workers (CHWs) to deliver an evidence-based PTSD treatment to people with co-occurring PTSD and opioid use disorder. Hindmarch is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods and is interested in implementation science and mixed-methods research designs and methodologies. Hindmarch received a B.S.P.H. in public health and anthropology from Tulane University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in health policy at the University of California, Los Angeles.
