Kelsey Horrigan is assistant dean of student life and registrar at the RAND School of Public Policy. In this role, she oversees a wide range of academic and administrative functions, including records management, administration of the student information and learning management systems, faculty and student support, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
She holds an M.S. in general counseling psychology and a B.A. in business administration with an emphasis in marketing, both from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
