Policy Analyst

Courtney Ann Kase is a policy analyst at RAND. She has experience in program evaluation, qualitative research, and project management. Kase is currently working on evaluation of community-based behavioral health centers' mental health and physical health service integration under new payment systems, implementation of Project ALERT substance use prevention and Getting To Outcomes®, and managing the Opioid Policy Tools and Information Center for Research Excellence (OPTIC) at RAND. Kase has an M.P.H. from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in behavioral and community health sciences and a certificate in minority health and health disparities. She also received a B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.
