Courtney Ann Kase is a policy analyst at the RAND Corporation. She has experience in qualitative research, project management, and program evaluation. Kase is currently working on evaluation of community-based behavioral health centers' mental health and physical health service integration under new payment systems, study of innovative approaches to technology use and educator collaboration in rural education, and project management for multifaceted project tasks to eliminate health disparities and improve the health of all minority populations. Kase has an M.P.H. from the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in behavioral and community health sciences and a certificate in minority health and health disparities. She also received a B.S. in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh.
