Zylex Lopez is a project manager within the Defence, Security & Justice group at RAND Europe. She specialises in the delivery of strategic, high-impact initiatives for UK government departments and agencies. With five years’ experience leading complex programmes, Zylex brings in-depth knowledge of public sector operations, digital transformation, and cross-government collaboration.
Her research portfolio encompasses ten priority areas, including defence economy and acquisition, artificial intelligence, and studies on Ukraine and China. In addition to her research leadership, Zylex manages frameworks and consortia, fostering innovation and building effective partnerships across the sector.
