Caleb Lucas is an associate political scientist at the RAND Corporation. His work principally examines military technology and special operations. More broadly, his academic research examines the dynamics of civilian support during civil conflict, influence operations, and the strategic use of terrorism. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in political science from Michigan State University and a B.A. in international studies from the University of Kentucky.
