Grace Tang (they/them) is a policy analyst at RAND. Their skills, knowledge, and methodological focus is on qualitative methods and analysis, monitoring and evaluation, survey implementation and data analysis, and systematic literature reviews. As a generalist at RAND, Tang is working on research involving anti-Asian hate, harmful behaviors in the military, HIV prevention and PrEP interventions’ cost-effectiveness, and Getting to Outcomes® (GTO).

Tang received their M.P.H. in global health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. They have a B.A. in international development studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
