Overview
Thomas Van Bibber is an assistant policy researcher at RAND and an M.Phil. student at Pardee RAND Graduate School. He has a B.A. in public policy studies with a minor in physics from Duke University. Prior to joining Pardee RAND, he was an associate in the private sector, where he provided data-driven business insights and internal consulting. He was previously a research and head teaching assistant at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University. His research interests include nuclear weapons and warfare, nuclear deterrence, space science and technology, space warfare, national security, and energy.
