In his book, Star Spangled Security: Applying Lessons Learned Over Six Decades Safeguarding America, former Defense Secretary Harold Brown (a RAND Trustee) applies his vast foreign policy experience to the world’s current challenges.
At an event on Tuesday, April 9, Dr. Brown will join Scott Bates, president of the Center for National Policy, in Washington, D.C. to discuss aligning the United States' values, interests, and defense budget to meet the nation's ongoing and future needs.
