RAND congratulates physician researcher Ateev Mehrotra on receiving AcademyHealth's 2013 Alice S. Hersh New Investigator Award. The award recognizes early-career health services researchers who “show exceptional promise for future contributions.”
Mehrotra accepted the award on Monday, June 24, at AcademyHealth's Annual Research Meeting in Baltimore.
“No one does research alone. It's a combined, team effort,” Mehrotra said in his award acceptance speech. “I want to thank my colleagues and mentors for making this award possible.”
