Information for Survey Participants

A primary component of this study is a survey of a sample of mental health providers. This survey was approved through the necessary military channels, and given the Report Control Symbol (RCS): DD-USA(OT)2594.

Confidentiality

Survey responses are identified with a participant ID number only, and do not include providers' names or other identifying information. Survey responses are stored separately from identifying information, and all data are stored on an encrypted server. Provider identifiers will never be included in any research report. After the study is complete, providers' contact information will be destroyed.
