Marylou Gilbert is a senior policy analyst at RAND, program manager of Pardee RAND Graduate School's Community-Partnered Policy and Action stream, and coordinator for Pardee RAND's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs. 

Gilbert received her J.D. and M.A. in Latin American studies and public health from the University of California at Los Angeles and her B.A. in social welfare and Chicano studies from the University of California at Berkeley.
