Elizabeth Kadar is a junior analyst at RAND Europe. Working within the Education, Employment and Skills Team, her research interests include labour markets, gender equality, and family policy. She has a background in migration studies and works primarily with qualitative research methods, including literature reviews and interviews.
Prior to joining RAND, she completed internships at the OECD's International Migration Division, the European Parliament, and Czech MFA and embassies in Budapest and London. She holds a master's degree in migration studies from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in European, social and political studies from University College London.
