Overview

Clara Le Gargasson is a Research Assistant at RAND Europe working in the areas of defence and security. Her research interests include cyber warfare, geopolitical narratives, open source intelligence (OSINT), disinformation, digital surveillance, and the Russian-speaking world.

She completed her M.Sc. in crisis and security management from Leiden University in June 2022. She holds a B.A. in human, social and political sciences from the University of Cambridge, as well as a B.A. in Russian and international relations from the National Institute for Oriental Languages and civilisations (INALCO-Langues O').
