Clara Le Gargasson is an analyst at RAND Europe. As part of the Defence, Security and Justice research team, Le Gargasson has worked across a variety of topics, including deterrence, Russian disinformation, strategic culture, AI risk, cyber warfare and defence acquisition. Le Gargasson previously worked at NATO's Strategic Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) as part of the Cyberspace Operations Centre (CyOC), where she worked across the Cyber Risk Management and Electromagnetic Warfare teams.
Prior to joining RAND Europe, Le Gargasson completed a B.A. in human, social and political sciences from the University of Cambridge, a B.A. in Russian language and international relations from the National Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilisations (INALCO, Paris) and an M.Sc. in Crisis and Security Management from Leiden University (NL).
