Yoselín "Yosi" Mayoral is an assistant policy researcher at RAND and a Ph.D. student in the Community-Partnered Policy and Action stream at the RAND School of Public Policy. Her work specializes in barriers to well-being for marginalized communities. Prior to joining RAND, Mayoral conducted research on the differential labor market effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on mixed-status households at Pomona College.
