HMP Liverpool Major Refurbishment Project: Process Evaluation and Economic Review
This report details the findings from a process evaluation and economic review of a major refurbishment project at HMP Liverpool.
Katie Passey is a project manager at RAND Europe in the Defence, Security and Justice (DSJ) research group. Her research interests include CVE, extremism, radicalisation, jihadism, violent far right, mis/disinformation, gaming and extremism, social media and technology. Prior to joining RAND, Passey was a manager at Moonshot, where she worked on the design of digital interventions to deradicalise individuals at-risk of online harm.
Passey holds an M.Sc. in International Security and Risk and a B.A. in History from the University of Southampton.
