Katherine Pfrommer (she/her) is a quantitative analyst at the RAND Corporation. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work across a diverse set of policy areas, including the resilience of U.S. forces in Europe, integrated air and missile defense performance, military logistics, strategic wargaming, infrastructure funding policy, information technology governance, stabilization and civilian security in Yemen, and cost analysis of major acquisition programs. She has developed expertise in the areas of data analysis, geospatial information systems, and missile defense modeling. Pfrommer received an M.Sc. in public policy and management from The Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in economics from Allegheny College.
