Kevin Wei (he/they) is a fellow in RAND's Technology and Security Policy Center. He works on the governance of artificial intelligence, with a research agenda centered on institutional/mechanism design, public law and regulation, and information flows in AI governance. Previously, he was a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University and a project manager at a cloud computing company.
