This report is one of a series in the continuing Viet Cong motivation and morale study being carried out by the RAND Corporation. The analysis of the interviews and captured VC documents have dealt with a range of problems in the area of VC motivation and morale, including the effects on morale of various tactics and weapons systems and the reactions of Vietnamese refugees from VC-controlled areas to VC and the war.
