All requests from publishers, instructors, or authors to use material published by the RAND Corporation must be submitted in writing to either the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) or to the RAND Corporation's permissions manager. *

Once permission is granted in writing from the RAND Corporation for a specific use, it must be acknowledged that permission was expressly granted by the RAND Corporation, Santa Monica, CA. The RAND Corporation must be cited as the original source and copyright holder, along with the title and year of publication followed by the words "Reprinted with permission."
