This document provides the English translations of the questionnaires used during the household and individual interviews of the 1993 Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS). It also includes the interviewers' instructions for the household and individual interviews. This document should be useful to users of the IFLS data and to those designing their own surveys in Indonesia or in other countries.
