Collected site selection documents : Housing Assistance Supply Experiment

This Note consists of a collection of Housing Assistance Supply Experiment site selection documents that were developed to brief local officials on the experiment, define the data needs for the site selection deliberation, and describe the policies, procedures, and criteria to be used in the final phases of site selection. These documents were used by HUD and RAND to narrow the list of five candidate sites to two, and they also provided the basis with which HUD could begin negotiations of a Memorandum of Understanding and seek the approval of the localities participating in the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment.
