Summarizes the proceedings of a three-day meeting of a selected review panel and other participants convened by RAND in June 1973 to review the design of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment as described in [The Design of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment] (R-2630), June 1980. Proceedings were organized by design topic, and the Note includes both a summary of the discussion of each topic and supplementary memoranda provided by some of the panelists.
