Nuclear spent fuel valuation will be an important aspect of domestic and international spent fuel transfer. Many of the determinants of spent fuel value are uncertain and subject to frequent change. Consequently, a need exists for a valuation procedure allowing rapid assessment of differing points of view regarding such factors as yellowcake, enrichment, and reprocessing price; year of reprocessing and recycle; and discount rate. The hand calculator programs described provide a versatile package for meeting this need.
