As part of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment (HASE), the wave 2 survey of landlords was conducted in Brown County, Wisconsin (Site I of the experiment) from April through September of 1975. This codebook reproduces each question in the survey instrument and specifies every permissible response. Every question is accompanied by a tabulation of all responses recorded in the preliminary master file, which contains 1,361 records. Thirteen accounting variables are also included. (The baseline survey in Site I is documented in N-1080.)
