As part of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment, the second (wave 2) household survey was conducted in Brown County, Wisconsin (Site I of the experiment), from January through September 1975. This codebook reproduces each question in the survey instrument and specifies every permissible response. Each question in accompanied by a tabulation of all responses recorded in the preliminary master file, which contains 3,392 records. Eleven accounting variables are also included. (The baseline survey in Site I is documented in N-1074-HUD.)
This report is part of the RAND Corporation Note series. The note was a product of the RAND Corporation from 1979 to 1993 that reported other outputs of sponsored research for general distribution.
