The second (wave 2) survey of residential buildings was conducted in Brown County, Wisconsin (Site I of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment), from August through October of 1975. This codebook reproduces each question in the survey instrument and specifies all permissible responses. Each question is accompanied by a tabulation of all responses recorded in the preliminary master file of 2,198 records. Of the records, 1,033 are from original, reliable observations; 1,165 are from refielded observations.
