Documents the computer program MULTIHIT, which was developed for implementing low-dose extrapolated risk estimates by fitting a generalized multihit dose-response model to quantal response data obtained from an animal experiment. The program gives point estimates and lower confidence limit estimates by two methods for the virtual safe dose corresponding to the prescribed risk level.
