MULTI80: a computer program for risk assessment of toxic substances

This Note documents and provides a listing of the computer program MULTI80, which is a revised version of the previous program MULTIHIT. This program was developed for making low-dose risk assessments of toxic substances, based on the generalized MULTIHIT and the one-hit dose-response functions applied to animal response data. Besides the listing and a brief explanation of the program, two examples are given to help the user implement the program. The methodology and model on which the program is based are given in the references cited.
