Revenue and expense accounts for rental properties

This Note presents financial data collected in annual interviews with property owners and occupants as part of the Housing Assistance Supply Experiment. The bulk of the Note consists of detailed accounts of the annual revenues and expenses for the two marketwide samples of rental properties surveyed during the experiment. One sample is for Brown County, Wisconsin, and covers the years 1973 to 1976; the other is for St. Joseph County, Indiana, and covers the years 1974 to 1977. 3
