This Note is one of five documents that collectively describe the TSAR and TSARINA computer models developed to assess the effect of air attacks on the sortie generation capabilities of airbases. The Theater Simulation of Airbase Resources (TSAR) model provides an analytic context within which a variety of airbase improvements may be tested. The present volume of the User's Manual will be useful primarily for those interested in modifying and extending the existing program logic, or trying to understand apparent errors.
