This Note presents results of research in five related areas of electricity demand analysis under alternative rate forms. The first two sections examine adjustments by large commercial and industrial customers. The third and fourth sections examine residential demand under time of day (TOD) pricing. The fifth section develops and applies a methodology for evaluating alternative rate structures.
