This Note describes MH, the electronic mail system on Text Processors 1, 2, and 3 that allows users to send and receive messages while logged on to a computer or text processor. It covers only the most common and useful parts of a very elaborate electronic mail system. A more technical discussion of the system is provided in The MH Message Handling System: User's Manual, RAND/R-2367-AF.
