This Note is one of four volumes that collectively describe the latest versions of the TSAR (theater simulation of airbase resources) and TSARINA (TSAR inputs using AIDA) computer models, which assess the effect of attacks on the sortie generation capabilities of airbases. This volume contains appendixes designed to assist in modifying and extending the existing program logic, and in clarifying apparent errors.
This publication is part of the RAND note series. The note was a product of RAND from 1979 to 1993 that reported miscellaneous outputs of sponsored research for general distribution.
