A section of a proposed book on military planning in an uncertain world. The present paper discusses game theory, defined as the study of any conflict situation. In particular, conflict situations are investigated where there are two or more participants who do not have identical objectives. Two-person, nonzero-sum games and n-person games are examined, together with other theorems and examples.
