A discussion of the feasibility of applying mathematical techniques used in digital computer programs to studies in chemotherapy. Although not enough is known of the physiological elements involved to determine if these methods can be so applied, it is necessary to have the mathematical tools in readiness. In the light of this need, the Paper reports on the Bellman-Jacques-Kalaba two-organ model, giving both its initial structure and some current modifications. 14 pp.
