In health care delivery, quality, and patient safety, Claire E. O'Hanlon and Sarah Schutz summarize a November 2024 stakeholder workshop on disease-modifying therapies for synucleinopathies (Parkinson's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, and multiple system atrophy). A team led by Mahshid Abir assessed the current value of emergency care in the United States and evaluated challenges to sustaining it.
In mental health, Melissa M. Labriola and colleagues conducted a literature review and interviews about mental health and wellness programs specific to law enforcement and first responders.
In military health, Rajeev Ramchand and others analyzed current and emerging activities to prevent veteran suicide and created the RAND Suicide Prevention Activity Matrix.
