Continuation of the historical account of the Supply Experiment (see R-1659), summarizing progress in the two experimental sites (Brown County, Wisconsin, and St. Joseph County, Indiana), from October 1, 1974 to September 30, 1975. Includes a review of the housing allowance programs now operating in the two sites; a summary of the research being conducted in conjunction with the allowance programs, with selected findings from each site; and a review of plans and prospects for the coming year. Appendixes list the project's publications to date; the major events in each site; and the organization and staff of the experiment.
