Contains the text of briefings on research in RAND's Urban Policy Analysis program that were presented to RAND's Board of Trustees at their annual meeting on April 13, 1978. It provides a brief history of the urban program; describes RAND research of particular interest to the recent urban policy debate; and concludes with a discussion of the policy contributions of this research and of directions for future research.
This report is part of the RAND Corporation Report series. The report was a product of the RAND Corporation from 1948 to 1993 that represented the principal publication documenting and transmitting RAND's major research findings and final research.
