A Method for Evaluating Environmental Effects on Military Operations

A method for incorporating the effects of environment on the elemental actions of a military operation into an evaluation of the effect on the entire operation. Particular attention is given to gradations in the weather and their effects on parts of the operation. See also RM-2322 and P-1895.
